User-Generated Content Policy

This User-Generated Content Policy (“Policy”) governs any content submitted by users to The Sequel’s website (https://thesequel.com), including but not limited to reviews, comments, testimonials, social media tags, or other materials (collectively, "User Content"). By submitting or posting User Content, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.

1. Acceptable Content

You may submit content that is honest, respectful, and relevant to the products or services offered by The Sequel. We welcome:

  • Product reviews based on actual experience

  • Constructive feedback

  • Style suggestions, usage tips, or repair ideas

  • Social media posts tagging our brand (e.g., #TheSequel)

All User Content must comply with applicable laws and not contain any defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable material.

2. Ownership and License

By submitting User Content, you grant The Sequel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media now known or hereafter developed.

You retain ownership of your original content, but you allow us to showcase it on our website, social media, email communications, and marketing materials.

3. Content Moderation

All User Content is subject to moderation. We reserve the right to edit, refuse, or remove any submission that violates this Policy or does not meet our brand standards. Content that includes pricing discussions, spam, promotional links, personal data, or inflammatory language may be rejected or removed without notice.

4. Representations

By submitting content, you confirm that:

5. Reporting Violations
