Shipping & Returns

How quickly do you ship my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation, with standard delivery typically arriving within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Can I return my purchase if I change my mind?
Yes! You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Returns for reasons other than our error are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Just contact us within 14 days to start a return or exchange.
What if the item arrives damaged or not as described?
While we package every order carefully, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund. Just reach out within 14 days of receiving your order.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs. For all other reasons, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
How do I initiate a return?
Simply email our support team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and process your refund once the item is received and inspected.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor the delivery status through the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so cancellations or changes may not always be possible. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Why was my order canceled?
Orders may be canceled if the item goes out of stock or if there is a payment issue. You’ll receive a full refund and email notification in such cases.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within the United States. We’re exploring options to expand our shipping coverage in the future.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping location and state regulations.

What types of products do you sell?
We offer a wide range of categories including electronics, clothing, home goods, personal care, tools, and more. All items are sourced through liquidation, returns, and surplus sales to deliver premium value at a lower cost.
How do you determine the condition of your products?
Every product is physically inspected and graded using our condition system: Brand New, Like New, Very Good, Good, Fair, and Visibly Used. This grading reflects both functionality and cosmetic condition. Full details are available on our Product Conditions Guide page.
Are your products used or new?
It varies. Some items are brand new and factory sealed, others may be open-box or gently used. Each listing clearly states the product’s grade so you know exactly what to expect.
Do your products come with accessories or original packaging?
Many items include all original accessories and packaging, especially those rated Excellent or New. However, some may have missing parts or packaging, particularly in Fair, For Parts Only, or Good condition — this is always noted in the description.
How do your prices compare to regular retail? Why are they so low?
Because we buy directly from liquidation, return, and surplus sources, we cut out middlemen and inflated retail markups. This allows us to offer discounted pricing on the same great brands you find at traditional retailers.
