What kind of products do you sell?

Are your products new or used?
It varies by item. Every product is inspected and clearly graded by condition — New (sealed and unopened), Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, or For Parts Only. Only sealed items in original packaging are labeled New; everything else is sold as used. Each listing states its grade so you know exactly what to expect.
How do I know I'm getting a good deal?
We source directly from liquidation, return, and surplus channels, cutting out middlemen and passing the savings to you. Where available, we display a compare-at price so you can see the discount.
What are Reward Points and how do I earn them?
You earn points equal to the difference between our price and the market price. These points can be used toward future purchases, helping you save even more.
Is everything authentic?
Yes. We source all products through legitimate wholesale and liquidation channels. All brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners — we are an independent reseller, not an authorized dealer unless stated on the product page.
Can I return an item if I’m not satisfied?
Yes. You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Returns for reasons other than our error are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. How often is your inventory updated?
We add new items regularly, so check back often — popular deals can sell out quickly!
Can I reserve an item?
To keep things fair, we don’t allow reservations. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis — so if you see something you like, don’t wait!
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within the United States. We’re exploring options to expand our shipping coverage in the future.
