Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Sequel, we aim to make sure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below. By purchasing from https://thesequel.com, you agree to the following policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, with any product tags or labels still attached.

Items returned with excessive wear, alterations, missing tags, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted. We reserve the right to assess each return individually.

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email our team at support@thesequel.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return authorization along with instructions.

Returns without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded. Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged and sent via a trackable shipping method.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not reimburse shipping fees paid during the original order.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Refunds will cover the product amount only. Original shipping fees and any applicable handling charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer traditional product exchanges. If you wish to order a different item or size, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or something that differs from what you ordered, please contact us at support@thesequel.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly, at our expense.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may be listed as non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or clearance reasons. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase.
