Here’s everything you need to know — no fine print, no weird rules, just clarity.
First: yes, you can return items
You don’t have to beg, explain, or send a long emotional email.
If it didn’t work out — that’s okay. We’d rather you wear what you love than keep something just because.
Our return window:
14 days from delivery to start the process.
(We count from when it hits your doorstep, not the shipping date.)
What’s returnable?
✅ Most clothing, shoes, and accessories — as long as:

📦 We suggest using the original packaging — or anything safe and clean.
We’re not judging your box. We just want your return to arrive in one piece.
What’s

returnable?
We only say “no” to a few things:
🚫 Final Sale items
(If it’s marked as Final Sale on the product page — that’s locked in)
🚫 Items you wore, damaged, or washed
(We inspect everything. We’ll know if it went to Ultra Music Festival)
🚫 Intimates, swimwear, and anything that touches, well… areas
(For hygiene reasons, we don’t resell these)

Wait for the magic (aka refund)
Once your item gets back to us and passes inspection, we issue your refund.
Usually within 3–5 business days.
Refunds: how and when

You’ll get an email confirmation when it’s processed.
Heads up: your bank may take a few days to show it. That’s on them, not us.
Exchanges?
Right now we don’t offer direct exchanges — because most of our items are one-of-a-kind.
But you’re always welcome to place a new order while you send the old one back.
We call it Sequel Swap™ (okay, not really — but we like the sound of it).

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Nope. Return shipping is on us — every time.
We send you a prepaid USPS label, so all you have to do is drop it off (or hand it over if you’re booking a pickup).
How long do I have to return something?
You have 14 calendar days from when the item is marked as delivered.
If you need a bit more time (like if you’re traveling or dealing with life), just reach out — we’re people too.
Can I return something I bought on sale?
Yes — unless it’s marked Final Sale.
We’re pretty clear about that on the product page. If there’s no “Final Sale” note, it’s returnable like anything else.
How will I know if you received my return?
Once it’s scanned at USPS, you’ll get tracking updates.
When it lands back at our studio, we inspect it within 1–2 business days and then process your refund.
You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as it’s done.
Why don’t you offer exchanges?
Most of our items are one-offs — once they’re gone, they’re gone.
That makes it tricky to hold pieces or swap sizes.
Instead, we keep it simple: return what doesn’t work, reorder what does. That way, you’re always in control.
